Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup pepita (raw pumpkin seeds)

  • 1/2 cup seeds of choice (hemp, flax, sesame or any other you like)

  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup tahini (you can sub the tahini for olive or coconut oil)

  • 1 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 375 F.



Step 2


Mix all the ingredient in a bowl with a wooden spoon .



Step 3


Grease loaf pan, add the mixture and put it in the oven for 70 minutes.
